Truly A Sanctuary

Sanctuary Spa is Houston's jewel.  Tucked away in an unexpected location, it's the perfect 'zen den' to relax and rejuvenate.  This was my first visit and from the moment I walked in the door, I love it.  It's the perfect combination of holistic treatments and wonderful ambiance...rich red walls, wonderful smells of essential oils, beautiful music, and a friendly and talented staff.

 

I had an all day package planned which started with a facial given by Lindsay.  it was fabulous and the Source Vital products smell so yummy!  In between treatments, I sat and relaxed in a quiet corner drinking Chamomile Vanilla tea and reading a magazine.  The next treatment was a Salt Glow by a therapist named Androulla.  It was the best I have every had and was followed by a Seaweed Wrap, and a Vichy Shower.  The Vichy is to die for!  The alternating hot and cold water sent me into a nirvana-like state.  Androulla then gave me a wonderful massage that was pure bliss.

 

You know in your hear when you find something special.  I truly believe Sanctuary is one of those places and look forward to returning."
