Welcome to Online Booking at Sanctuary d’Sante.
Booking an appointment online is very simple. Just fill out this application, provide us with a valid credit card number and agree to our Terms and Conditions below and you will be given a User ID Number by us. You select your own password. Then, 24 hours a day, you may book your appointments online, view your history, view upcoming appointments, as well as update your profile (e.g., address, password, telephone number). To cancel or reschedule your appointments, you must call the spa. So very convenient for you!
Terms and Conditions
In consideration for the privilege and convenience of booking your appointments online with Sanctuary d’Sante, you will receive a User ID Number and confidential Password. In exchange for this privilege, you authorize Sanctuary d’Sante and its managers to bill your credit card for any and all missed services booked online using your User ID Number and Password that is not cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment date and time. You also agree to keep your information correct regarding credit cards and phone numbers. In the event you should miss an appointment, a receipt will be mailed to your address for the charges to your account. If payment by credit card is declined, you agree to take care of the charges immediately with cash. Initial here that you have read this paragraph________________.
Cancellations or rescheduling may be made by calling 713-622-7722 or by email. Date and time stamp will be made for phone calls and email provides that information. All published prices are subject to change without notice. All voice and online booked appointment prices are subject to change based on the actual service performed. Upon receipt of this Online Booking Application, you will be given a card with your User ID Number which will be combined with your password. Example User ID is 1234 and password is Smart. Keep your card in a safe and secure place, for you are responsible for any missed services booked online not cancelled or rebooked within 48 hours – no matter who used your ID and password.
