INTRODUCING METHODE: FITNESS
The newest baby of Sanctuary Spa. We are able to
give you a 45 minute workout equivalent to 1 1/2
hours. Cardio plus strength training is our method.
That may not sound unique - we know. But please keep
reading...
One of our programs consist of
three pieces of equipment and you'll basically spend
15 minutes on each. "How do we get results in 45
minutes?" You ask! We have some very unique fitness
equipment based on advanced vibration technology to
name one.
Vibration on our Power Plate is
remarkable. You stand in one position for 30 to 60
seconds while the Power Plate vibrates. Your muscles
sense the vibration as falling and contract 30 to 50
times per second to balance the perceived fall. We
will guide you through a series of positions every
30 to 60 seconds for a complete 10 minute workout.
10 minutes on this machine is equivalent to a 1 hour
workout. The benefits are increased strength and
muscle tone, weight loss, cellulite reduction,
detoxification, cardiovascular conditioning, bone
density stimulation, pain relief and more.
We also have the latest Precor
Elliptical Trainer and Treadmill. They are both
equipped with a personal television, headphones and
cable TV. Not only are we able to get your heart
rate up and monitor it at the same time, but with
this equipment, we are building endurance and muscle
tone.
It all adds up to one healthy
and fit body. We suggest three sessions per week for
results.
